 Basic Survival  Course 

 Offering Quality Hands-on  Training in Basic Wilderness   Survival Skills.   Small Classes with One on One Instruction. 

 LIMIT 10 PER CLASS

 CHECK IN 4:00PM to 7:00PM

 Advanced Survival   Skills

 Map Reading 

 Land Navigation and 

 Orienteering 

 Learn how to navigate using a   compass,. TOPO maps and terrain   association 

 Primitive Traps and Snares 

 Hands on construction and   deploment of six type animal   traps and three fish traps 

 Pioneering Skills 

 Learn how to craft useful items by    the use of knots and lashings 

 Basic Visual Tracking 

 Covers the basics of tracking both   humans and animals 

 All Programs minimum age 13   anyone under 18 must be   accompanied  by a paying   participant 18 or older.

    Basic Survival Class Schedule

WHAT TO BRING

  1. A Fixed Blade Knife or a Locking Folding Blade Knife, please no axes, saws or machetes.

  2. Water Bottle or Canteen.

  3. A good Sleeping Bag rated for low Temps.

  4. A Pair of Clear Safety Glasses

  5. A Pair of insulated / work gloves

  6. Wool hat

  7. Rain Poncho or Rain Suit 

  8. Snacks for lunch on Sat and Sun

  9. Flash Light or Head Lamp

  10. Dress for the time of year you will be spending over night outside

  11. Wear a good pair of insulated boots, no sandals or Crocs,  

  12. Any personal toilet  items you may need 

  13. All in a small Pack
